The Menu

The price of dinner includes two drinks:  Brewhouse beer, Muse and Cave Ridge wines as well as softer drinks. A Haggis will, of course be on offer, but more conventional dinner fare will provided by Shaffer's will be certain to please any palette.


Our traditional buffet dinner will include:

• Cock a Leekie Soup
• Entree of Salmon or Lamb
• ‘Neeps and Tatties (mash potatoes and turnips)
• Cranochan, a traditional desert of cream, fruit, oats and whisky

Our entertainment program is still being planned.  The basic outline of the evening is dictated by 216 year old tradition, but will include inspirational readings of Burns' poetry, songs and music performed by local musicians, including Russ Kohrs on the Scottish bag pipes and Lee Scharf on fiddle.
